Capoeira Instructor

My martial arts training began at age five under the tutelage of my father, though my formal training in a dojo began over ten years ago.  I currently study kemscrima doh under Grand Master Glenn Abrescy, in which I hold a first degree black belt.  I studied capoeira for ten years as well.  I began my formal training in capoeira in 2004 in San Francisco under Instructor Tataruga Raizes do Brasil Capoeira.  My goal is to spread capoeira here in Merced and the surrounding areas. I am also an artist at Merced Junior College working on my AA in the hopes of transferring to the University of Long Beach to get my BA and then my MFA.
